Temporary staffing of electriciansExtra hands. For your team.
Electricians, electronics technicians, engineers and site managers for shipyards, electrical contractors and industry. Through temporary staffing in your team, or as a work package under a work contract.
When the shipyard is short of people, every day counts. We provide electricians, electronics technicians, engineers and site managers. Through temporary staffing for your team, or as a work package with our own crew.
Two options
Temporary staffing or work package.
Both with our people. The difference: who leads the work and who answers for the result.
01 · Temporary staffing
Our people in your team.
You plan and lead the work, we provide the skilled workers. Our people work to your instructions, on the basis of a temporary staffing agreement.
Electricians, electronics technicians, engineers and site managers
For shipyards, electrical contractors and industry
For naval projects, with Ü2-cleared personnel
AÜG licence in place
The right fit when your team leads the work and needs reinforcement.
02 · Work package under a work contract
One scope, fully in our hands.
You hand over a clearly defined scope, for example cable pulling and connection for one area. Our site managers lead the crew, and we are responsible for the result up to acceptance.
Our own crew and our own site managers
Every cable labelled, testing and test reports
Commissioning and joint acceptance
Services from cable tray to acceptance
The right fit when you want to hand over a scope completely.

Questions from buyers
Quick answers.
What shipyards and electrical contractors want to know before temporary staffing starts.
01Do you hold a licence for temporary staffing?
Yes. We hold a licence under the German Temporary Agency Work Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz, AÜG). We will send you a copy on request.
02Who do you provide electricians for?
For shipyards, electrical contractors and industry. Newbuild, refit or a plant ashore: tell us what is coming up.
03How many people can you provide?
Tell us how many you need. We have 250+ skilled workers, over 30 engineers and over 20 site managers, and put the team together to suit your needs.
04Do your people hold Ü2 clearance?
Over 100 of our employees hold Ü2 security clearance. For naval projects we only assign people who hold the required clearance.
05Work contract or temporary staffing: which fits?
If you want to hand over a clearly defined scope, a work package under a work contract fits: we lead the crew and are responsible for the result. If your own team leads the work and needs reinforcement, temporary staffing fits.
