We work wherever the ship is. With site managers, engineers and Ü2-cleared staff.
As a work package with our own team and site manager, or as reinforcement for your team through temporary staffing.
The system is tested and running, the tugs are made fast. The ship heads out for sea trials.
Trays across all decks. Each cable laid individually, secured with cable ties and marked.
Every outgoing circuit labelled, every measurement in the test report.
We commission the system together with the shipyard and class. Every test goes into the report.
We terminate high-voltage cables ourselves. First connect, then test, then energise. Every step recorded.
The high-voltage cables are fitted with their terminations, then landed and tightened in the switchgear panel.
The HV test comes before energising. The area is cordoned off and the readings go into the test report.
Energising is done in protective equipment. The panels show they are in service, and the test report is complete.
One team does it all, from the cable to energising. Next up: the bridge.
Bridge refit: the old system comes out, new cables are laid, connected and tested. While the ship is in the yard.
Our fitter is standing at the main switch. Switch on the new bridge.
Radar, charts, steering. The equipment is supplied by the manufacturer or the shipyard. We do the cables and the connections.
We don't just pull cables. We lay them to plan, test, label and hand over with test reports.

On naval projects, the first question is who is allowed on site. More than 100 of our employees hold Ü2 security clearance.
We send staff who are cleared for the project, with site managers who run the work on the base.
For the Navy and for the security of our country: with vetted staff, done properly and documented.
We carry out shock mounting, S+E special connectors and marking to BV 3400 ourselves. Cable by cable, on naval vessels too.
Open the case, set up the splicer. Strip, clean, cleave and fuse the fibres. We do this ourselves on board, then every fibre is measured.
The instrument sends a pulse of light through the fibre and shows every point along it, including the new splice.
Spliced, measured, documented. That is how we hand over every fibre.

Newbuild, conversion or refit: tell us what is coming up. We will tell you how we would tackle it.
We do not only work on board. We also carry out the electrical installation in industrial halls and workshops.

Faults like these show up at acceptance, or only months later at sea. We check every tray before we hand it over: routing, fixing, edges, bending radius, marking. We also carry out insulation resistance tests, and you get the test report.
At the end you will see how we would start and what we need from you. Your answers go straight into the enquiry, so you do not have to enter anything twice.
